FAQs

Where do you train and when do you run classes?

1

We train as a group on the grassed area next to the Bronte Surf Life Saving Club, Monday to Friday at 6 AM — rain, hail or shine. Each day has a different focus: Monday and Wednesday are strength-based circuit training; Tuesday and Thursday are cardio days (think beach runs, stair sprints, and coastal routes); and Friday is a boxing session.

Do I need to be fit to join?

2

Not at all. Our classes are designed so you can work at your own pace, whether you're just getting back into exercise or you're already pretty active. We suit different fitness levels, so you'll always get a solid workout without feeling out of your depth.

What does it cost and how do I get started?

3

We offer a 30-day unlimited pass for $150, which gives you access to all of our strength, cardio, and boxing group classes. You can also book a drop-in class with us for $35 if you'd like to see what it’s like. See our Pricing page for more options. Personal training is available too if you prefer one-on-one sessions.

Do you run anything beyond the regular weekly classes?

4

Yes — we love training for seasonal events as a crew. Each year we run a 10-week run club to prepare for the City2Surf; a swim club to get ready for the summer swim events; and the Bronte Biathlon.
